Sections

Without the sections; beavers, cubs, and scouts, there would be no point to Scouting at all! At Crown, we strive to provide the members of our sections a Scouting experience they will remember for the rest of their lives!

For all its members aged 6 to 14, Crown provides an active programme of weekly meetings, weekend camps and activities and special events such as weeklong summer camps and even a regular opportunity to attend international jamboree's and meet scouts from other countries.

Section Age Ranges

Sections run at Crown Scout Group:

Beaver colony - ages 6-8
Cub scout pack- ages 8-10½
Scout troop - ages 10½-14

Sections run at the District level:

Explorer scout unit - ages 14-18
Scout network - ages 18-25
